How does it handle formatting?
Formatara rebuilds each page in parts. It keeps text, headings, fields, tables and shapes in place when they can be identified reliably. If a detail cannot be reproduced well, it is simplified to keep the result readable and editable.
What happens to photos and text inside them?
A photograph, logo or stamp stays as an image. A photographed page does not: Formatara converts the text, fields and tables it recognizes in the scan.
What happens to charts?
When they can be recognized, Formatara rebuilds their shapes, legends and values as editable elements. Always check figures against the original.
Which documents are supported?
Scanned or digital PDFs and PNG, JPG, WEBP and TIFF files. The workflow is designed for contracts, invoices, reports, papers, books, forms and multi-page documents.
How long can it take?
This trial processes documents with limited resources and may take a few minutes. It supports multi-page documents and uses one balance page per detected page.
Do you reuse my document content?
No. Content is only used to provide the service. You can delete a file immediately and every plan defines its retention period.
