How pages are used, what happens with billing, and what needs additional review.
What counts as a page
Each PDF page counts once. An image counts as one page; multi-page image files count once per page. Multi-page documents and large files are supported within the processor's safe technical capacity. Failed conversions return reserved pages. Downloading Word, text, data, or tables again uses no extra credits.
Clear annual billing
With annual billing, Pro includes 12,000 pages and Scale includes 60,000 pages for the annual term. Checkout shows cadence, currency, applicable tax, and total before confirmation. Prices on this page are base EUR prices until launch tax setup is complete.
Clear limits
We always show your remaining pages and never apply automatic overage charges. Your account still has a balance quota, while the processor keeps only its safe technical capacity.
Need high volume?
Business starts with a technical and commercial assessment for needs beyond the standard catalog. SSO, SLA, regional residency, and certifications are not included by default; additional controls must be implemented and validated before processing data that requires them.
Billing: Payments are active through Stripe. You will see the final amount, currency and applicable taxes before confirming; credits are granted only after a signed webhook.
